So you love yoga but you want to see more physical results?
Welcome to Yoga Bod! The merging of mindful High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) paired with yoga! Yoga is a fantastic form of exercise providing strength, grace, and flexibility however it is not designed to burn calories. High-Intensity Interval Training has been proven to be more effective in burning calories than steady low-intensity training and you only need to commit to doing 3 sessions per week to be burning fat all week long, even while you sleep! Scientific studies suggest that you can burn fat for up to 48 hours after a HIIT session.
The Yoga Bod series includes 5 HIIT workouts which are taught mindfully, with a focus on the breath and technique; 3 x Yoga sessions & a Vinyasa flow HIIT Warm Up.

Suggested Weekly Program:
- Monday - Yoga Bod Warm up + Lean Legs (work up to doing the video 3 X through)
- Tuesday - Leg Love
- Wednesday - Yoga Bod Warm Up + Arm Sculpt (work up to doing arm sculpt 3 x Through)
- Thursday - Arm Love
- Friday - Yoga Bod Warm up + Whole Body Burn (work up to doing it 3 x through)
- Saturday - Cardio HIIT + Ten Minute Abs + Core Love
- Sunday - Rest
