### Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 cup (90g) quick cooking oats
- 2 cups (16oz) filtered water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
- Ground cinnamon, to taste
- Maple syrup (or coconut sugar/raw honey) to taste (omit for sugar-free option)
### Directions
1. Place oats and water in a saucepan on the stove and stir well.
2. Bring to a boil, stir, then boil for one minute until oats are thick and creamy.
3. Serve warm with butter, cinnamon and your sweetener of choice.
