Fit At 40+ with James Crossley
6 Episodes
As we age, our bodies change and so our workouts need to be adjusted for age-related issues to ensure better results in a safe and efficient way. The FIT AT 40+ workouts will spike your heart rate, torching body fat while helping you build lean muscles. The sessions are designed to fit into the busiest of lifestyles with variations on length for days when you are pushed for time. Practicing these routines regularly will help you stay healthy, lean, and toned.
James Crossley recommends trying to do the Full Body Workout with the HIIT Workout twice a week to start and then gradually build up to three to four times a week. These programs are designed to fit into your life so you can mix and match such as a HIIT Workout with a Core Workout on alternate days. Please just be sure to do the Full Body Workout with the HIIT Workout together at least twice a week.
