### Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 2 cups raw nuts or seeds
- Filtered or spring water, room temperature
- 1 tbsp sea salt
### Directions
1. In a large bowl add the ingredients with enough water to cover completely.
2. Leave at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
3. To dry in an oven: set temperature at the lowest possible level, normally 112º F (45º C).
4. Spread nuts out on several baking dishes.
**OR alternately, if you have a food dehydrator: **
1. Spread nuts out on shelves. Leave until they are completely dried out and crunchy. It will take anywhere between 12 and 24 hours. Make sure to turn them several times.
2. Store in an airtight container.

You can use almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts or sunflower seeds.
