  • MMA Basic Workout

    Episode 2

"Can you make it to the water break?" Work your way through this basic progression of cardio kickboxing and martial arts moves. Tony keeps your form in check as you punch and kick your way through 45-minutes of power. Keep that heart-rate up!

  • MMA Advanced Workout

    Episode 3

"Learn the basics before you come and play with us!" This workout is a more advanced progression than Tony’s MMA Basic Workout in this series, with no beginner level offered. These martial arts moves will keep you lean and fire up that heart-rate!

  • A.M. Madness Routine

    Episode 4

"You don’t have to sing it, you just have to do it!" Level 2 & 3 only, this is an advanced morning practice that builds on Tony’s A.M. Marching Orders routine. Progress through nine different moves over 3 rounds with an Olympic hurdler and a pro golfer.

  • A.M. Marching Orders

    Episode 5

"Simple, fun, break a little sweat and be on with your day!" Level 1 & 2 only, Tony wakes you up with a stretch & a laugh before teaching unique fitness moves that build energy in the body. Look for the Tony Scissorhands move & scoop those diamonds.

  • Dude Where's My Cardio?

    Episode 6

"We also call this one, My Three Sons." What happens when a fun cardio routine takes 66 minutes from start to finish? You do your best and forget the rest. All three levels are on fire in this one, mega-calorie burn and increased heart rate for sure.

  • Push-Pull-Palooza

    Episode 7

"This is a hypertrophy workout." Hammer up, kids! This one is for your chest and back gains. Pull up bars needed, see if you can count how many pull ups Tony does in this session! Over or under 100? Reminder: He is over 60 years old. Still crushing it.

  • Flex Express

    Episode 8

"Be durable, not vulnerable." It’s not really a workout like Pilates, or a flow of postures like a yoga class. These are 25-specific moves, about 1-minute each, arranged together to stretch & recover. Consider adding this program after any THNL episode.

  • Full Send

    Episode 9

"AKA, Giddy Up." A full throttle workout. There are no demonstrations. We go, you keep up. You figure it out. Maybe about the fourth time, you’ll know what you’re doing. We’re just here to move, alright? Pick it up when Tony says, 'giddy up, full send!"

  • The Low Down

    Episode 10

"A beautiful marriage!" All levels get ready, it is time for the low down. Combining cardiovascular exercise and resistance, this is two rounds of moves at :45 seconds each with added plyometrics. Don’t worry about speed, check your level!

  • Triple Core Cardio

    Episode 11

"Boom, boom, boom." The abs on this group, wow. Each section has two core moves & a cardio move. With over 50 minutes to this episode, can you keep up? Maybe not the first few times, but you’ll get there. Consider a partner to help keep you motivated.

  • Joint Saver

    Episode 12

"Activation, stabilization." This one’s about the connective tissues, the places where your bones and muscles link up and create your mobility in life. Tony welcomes a pro-golfer to this episode, & includes some resistance bands for supportive tension.
