### Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 10 oz spring or filtered water
- ½ inch ginger root
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 tbsp raw honey (omit for sugar-free option)
### Directions:
1. Add the lemon to the glass of water.
2. Grate the ginger finely on a chopping board.
3. Then squeeze the ginger pieces in your hand, letting the juice of the ginger drip through your fingers and into the glass of water.
4. Enjoy at room temperature.
