### Ingredients

- 1 tsp fresh ginger root, grated (or powdered)
- 1 tsp fresh turmeric root, grated (or powdered)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp raw honey
- Pinch of cayenne pepper or black pepper
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
### Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a large mug.
2. Add boiling water and stir until well mixed.
3. Enjoy hot or allow to cool and drink cold.
