    The twists & turns of your day – There is an ebb and flow to twisting your body in yoga. Rodney helps you develop a sense of investigation into your body's ability to twist by bringing a beginner's contemplation to these timeless poses.

  • Day 3

    Courage for your day – As we bring the week into focus, we find our vulnerabilities begin to surface. Embracing several back-opening moves through progressions of supportive back-bending poses, Rodney helps us bring attention to center.

  • Day 4

    Quietness for your day – A mid-week breath of fresh air, this session will have you turning inwards with your breathing while engaging simple yoga poses that trigger a quiet mind and an all-encompassing sense of peace.

  • Day 5

    Recuperation for your day – This one is all about being easy, recovering your energy, and giving your body a gift. Rodney helps your awareness naturally float to restorative thoughts while you breathe through combined poses that refurbish your container.
