We tinkered in the lab for a while with this particular arrangement of workouts for a long while.
We twisted a few things around, did some more testing, and the results are in, its ready to go...
Here it is folks, your ol' pal Tony Horton with you for another FITNESS CHALLENGE, using our 2020 GO NEXT LEVEL 7-week calendar.

As many of you know, I love maps, and I love calendars. Get the PDF calendar dowloaded & printed out, then grab your favorite magic marker and jump into Week One, Day One. Put that calendar print out somewhere prominent in your workout space or your home and get started on crossing off the days as you go. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing those check marks build up on your 7-week schedule, day after day, holding you accountable to your goals & desires while building a healthier mindset as you account for your daily routine.

PRO TIP: Invite someone else to join you and take the 7-week challenge with you to help with your own commitments. There are 3-distinct levels to each workout so everyone can get the right amount of challenge from their own personal abilities. Newbs & regulars & gym-rats all have something to work with in each workout.

  • High Gear

    Episode 1

    "The key here is to over-train. I'm kidding!" This full-body cardio workout asks you to find your gears & understand what your body's tempo can be with physical activity. As you find your way through, Tony triggers you to take it all into "High Gear".

  • The Pulse

    Episode 2

    "Activation, activation, stimulation." Cardio meets isometrics in this 45-minute home workout with Tony and the crew. The pulses come fast as you isolate muscle groups and stimulate your heart & cardiovascular system. Can you make it to the water break?

  • Full Send

    Episode 3

    "AKA, Giddy Up." A full throttle workout. There are no demonstrations. We go, you keep up. You figure it out. Maybe about the fourth time, you’ll know what you’re doing. We’re just here to move, alright? Pick it up when Tony says, 'giddy up, full send!"

  • Push-Pull-Palooza

    Episode 4

    "This is a hypertrophy workout." Hammer up, kids! This one is for your chest and back gains. Pull up bars needed, see if you can count how many pull ups Tony does in this session! Over or under 100? Reminder: He is over 60 years old. Still crushing it.

  • Enduro Strength

    Episode 5

    "When it burns, you'll know." A spirited resistance workout to challenge your form & function, without heavy weights & high-speeds. This one asks for you to focus on the technique to accomplish each move, during a full-hour of exercise. Endurance!
