Hard to follow, July 19, 2012
I found that trying to follow Jeanie's instructions was difficult, making it hard to relax.Too much technical instruction. I prefer Rodney Yee's yoga for back care dvds.

Thanks for sharing. We offer a variety of yoga teaching styles for variety. After all, people like different things. Some styles of yoga are more technical than others, that's for sure. Glad to hear you enjoy Rodney's style. He taught a class to Gaiam employees recently and it was AMAZING. Namaste.
