Taking it slow can deliver dramatic, immediate results - a sculpted physique and greater mental focus. Created and led by Rodney Yee, the innovative Slow Burn Yoga workout combines continual transition between essential yoga moves with resistance repetitions. The resulting burn shapes lean muscle and challenges your mind more than other slow yoga programs, expanding your limits in both your practice and your life.

Soothing voice and easy to follow instruction by Rodney Yee.

quality of this video, May 2, 2013
I think I would love this video, except that it plays jumpy and skips, which is hard to follow when trying to do the yoga with him. I have the silverlight player installed on my computer. Can you fix the problem with this not playing smoothly without skipping or 'fast forwarding'? That ruins the effect, much less makes it hard to follow.

One of the Best Videos!, February 6, 2013
Just watching Rodney Yee move through this workout is a visual gift to the soul. I hope one day to acquire such power and grace! In the meantime, I will wobble and grunt my way through this workout, enjoying the physical and emotional benefits, until I get it going smoothly and strongly. Thank you!

Physically and Mentally Cathartic!, February 5, 2013
This video is SO awesome-- especially after a hard day's work or a long day of sitting at the desk. I've always enjoyed Rodney's videos, but this one is, in my opinion, one of his best!

Perfect, July 15, 2012
This was just perfect for my Sunday morning practice. Thank you very much! It was really hard for me to slow down. I am so used to doing everything fast, so this was a nice change. It made me realize how humans are going too fast these days. Wonderful! Thank you, again!
Namaste~

fabulous, June 15, 2012
A practice in patience, strength, flexibility and awareness. Listening to my body through this practice I have also learned areas where I am holding tension that I wasn't aware of. =) Would also love to mention how well Rodney's voice over explained everything thoroughly so I didn't often even need to glance at the screen. Thank you!

extremely relaxing yoga workout, March 23, 2012
At first I thought it was going to be too slow of a pace but this was a wonderful practice and I could defintely feel a burn in my muscels. I would highly recommend it!

Requires patience for payoff, January 31, 2012
I was skeptical that this would be a fat-burning yoga session. But it's harder than you'd think! Be patient -- really focus & hold the poses -- and you'll feel a sense of accomplishment and peace afterward. Wish Rodney would speak during the session, rather than hearing his voiceover. It'd make it feel more present.

LOVE this one!, January 19, 2012
I love how Rodney really takes his time in Slow Burn. I can feel my body release with the slow repetitions of the movements. I have scoliosis and I love how I can feel this completely stretch me out. I feel good physically and mentally after. Definitely a favorite. Thanks Rodney!
