Yeah it's not restful when you are trying to understand what she wants you to focus on in which breath, you end up disrupting your natural cycle. Also in the amount of time it takes for her to explain how to get into the different nonsensical contortions & explain exactly why she thinks it is helpful, my wrists start throbbing! Not for me!

Short and effective instruction to rejuvenate and settle in after traveling. Travelers should be able to do this anywhere, quickly, and find themselves landing where they are and feeling more grounded. It is delivered with Jeanie's clear and straightforward instruction (that is always delightful!).

What I like about this video is that Jeanie gives simple ways to rejuvenate after travel. The sequences can easily be done in a hotel room. I appreciate how she reinforces just a few concepts during the video as a way to counter the stress and strain that can arise during travel. That will make it easy to remember in the future. A very nice sequence and the 30 minute length is perfect for a busy trip!
