Love this workout - it's amazing how much of a burn you get in the arms with just light weights. And the leg work is fun and challenging - some different moves I have not done before. I can tell they will really strengthen your legs without bulking them up. She's a good instructor who gives clear cues. I'll be doing this one again.

Great all over work out that challenges and strengthens the muscles! I love barre work outs and the lower body is perfect for that type of leg and bottom work out! Perfect for at home anytime you cant do your normal routine! Highly recommend she is a great motivator and cues are right on.

Great Workout. Similar to Bar Method but with a better arm workout. I will do it again and again.

This is a great workout. She gives clear instruction and a solid workout. There is also no music which I found refreshing - and no overly bouncy personality - just straight, hard, positive work. And she has a body that is incredible which inspires the workout.
