It is so exciting when a teacher can take a pose we practice frequently and shed new light on it, and Chrissy does just that. Her unique take on Urdhva Dhanurasana is great for all levels of students and I look forward to more videos from her!

Chrissy does a wonderful job at explaining the mechanics of Urdhva Dhanurasana through out the entire video !! By the time you get to the final pose you are well prepared. Her instructions are clear and precise :)
