Chrissy's videos are a core part of my home practice. Her approach cultivates a body intelligence and awareness that will carry over into all yoga practices, and even beyond into daily life. Her precise instructions and guidance provide an essential foundation that is often lacking in other classes/videos, and her thoughtfully constructed sequences prepare the mind and body, building up to a "grand finale" in the well-earned final pose. It's rare to find such high-caliber teaching online or even at the yoga studio. I am grateful to Gaiam for providing these classes and hope to see many more in the very near future!

Chrissy works with just one student in this video and I love that. It makes it easy to know where to look, which seems particularly important when working through headstand. This is the third video of Chrissy's I have watched and her clear, direct style does not disappoint. It feels like she is in the room with you.

Chrissy brings knowledge and grace to her teaching and I loved this practice. The abdominal work in this posture was humbling and the sequence really felt like it made sense in my body. I finished this video feeling completely inspired!

For anyone wanting to learn how to do Sirsasana or improve their pose this is an excellent video for them. Chrissy makes the pose seem possible for everyone. Her abdominal prep work was inspiring !!!

This is the second of Chrissy's videos that I watched and I was not disappointed! Again, she is clear and her videos are easy to follow along. I love how she corrects her student throughout instead of just going through the motions of the pose. I felt like I actually learned something, and learned to do it correctly. I highly recommend any of her videos.
