Reverse image, December 17, 2012
I love this video. I learned a long time ago to place a full length mirror against a chair Across From the t.v. That way, you can view it and follow him exactly and be on the correct hand and foot. Being left handed, it has always been impossible to deal with these instructional videos until I got the idea of reversing the image. It also gives you the opportunity of seeing yourself and your form while watching the instructor. Works for me.

Tough to follow for the uncoordinated, June 2, 2012
This practice seems to be more dependent on left vs. right when it comes to arm and foot positions but since the demonstration on tv is a mirror of what we're supposed to be doing at home, I felt myself constantly struggling to keep in sync. It's natural to want to mimic the instructor's movements but if you do, you'll be on the opposite side of what's happening.
I kept on having to stop an consciously think "right hand goes up" when I found that my left hand was going up. Other than that, it's a great introduction to Tai Chi.
