"Step Into the Circle" with Mara Branscombe is a 75 minute practice for yogis looking to ground, breathe, and get fluid. Move through guided breath work and a vinyasa practice that will bring you into your body and allow you to awaken and feel connected. Find your flow, soak in your breath, and connect to all parts of yourself as if you are stepping into the circle of your life.This classes uses energy movement and breath exercises designed to release stress; these exercises are amazing for getting grounded, present, and clear. There is a focus on opening hips, heart, and back.

Contraindications: Pregnancy--no twists and no inversions. Modify the level of the pose according to your body and level of experience. You may need a foam block or pillow for some portions of this class, including the seated meditation at the beginning.

I could not get this video to play all the way through; it would pause & freeze up, then it would close & I'd have to restart video from the beginning. After a couple times, I had to give up. If this could be looked into please, I would appreciate it as I was enjoying the practice & want to try again. Thanks, Gail

I 'almost' liked the class. I really felt that there was a lack of instruction on Mara's part. All of the sudden she would be in a completely different pose than her words would be guiding you to. Also, even though this is an intermediate class, she really does not give many options for modification until after the sequence is finished. I will not be doing this class again.

There was a certain basicness about ths practice--almost like it was designed for beginners. It was more challenging than it looked, and surprisingly satisfying. Nice eagle pose variations.

An excellent practice, thank you.
Just a heads up: you omitted the second seated twist near the end.
I added that, some ab work, a lying twist, and a longer savasana, which brought the practice to about 85 minutes.
