(5 STARS) I've listened to Depak's CDs on and off for years. I think with many of us, it takes a series of repetitive listening, practicing, falling back to old ways, re-listening, and transforming ourselves, for us to start to "get" it. We can get it from an intellectual level on and off, but when it starts to become part of you, THAT'S when we really begin to see the shift, the changes, the deep joy and love within us.

When I watch this CD, I realize that I have achieved many states of what he speaks of from time to time. And I also realize that you could spend months and years on just ONE of his secrets of enlightening. It's fascinating, it's vital and I think that we are all here to realize all that Depak speaks of. I've begun to make becoming more enlightened part of my daily life--between the doing. All good things and people are beginning to appear in my life more and more. I'm becoming a "good people" magnet and it's wonderful. Depak is one of our most enlightened public figures that is living on earth today and I hope to gain his understanding of who we really are as linear time goes by.

But--if you try to understand what he speaks of with just one CD, you will probably not "get" it. Practice, listen, practice, listen, listen to others also (I suggest Edkar Tolle), and take breaks during the day to just BE. Find the space between your thoughts and your doing.
