I am having and issue with the download of this video. When i launch it, it is only 1 minute 47 seconds, yet streaming it online, it is 38:47.
Is this on purpose or is something wrong with the download process?

I decided to try this along with exercise to relieve sciatica pain and body stiffness. I wake up very stiff. I noted that during meditation in the lotus position I feel no sciatica or lower back pain. But obviously I cannot meditate or sit in the lotus position all day to relieve pain. For some reason I was drawn to Qigong rather than Yoga so I followed this intuition. I've just started today and I enjoy these gentle, relaxing movements. I enjoy the grounding and how this brings me to the present. Present-moment awareness is something I've been practicing for some time but I've not had a practice of using my body to do so other than breathing and walking meditation. I love to walk in the woods and do so daily. I am also new to Gaiam TV. Thank you for this; it comes to me in a way that I can easily watch and practice the movements until they feel a part of me.

There is a specific time during each session when I do a movement when a wave of nausea comes over me! Should I be concerned about that field being truly ill? Is it the toxins leaving into my bloodstream that make me feel sick? Is it vertigo? By the end of the video and motions I am again well and feel good but boy does it upset me during that one section. I am not ill but have an injury. Could that be it? Please explain if you can.
