In this class with Ariel Pavic, you will flow into postures specifically tailored to the needs of your changing pregnant body, with an emphasis on the breath. Communicate with your baby, relax and nurture yourself in this supportive, yet energizing class. A dynamic squat flow is included which will open your hips and strengthen and tone your uterus in preparation for childbirth. Guided, baby centered relaxation to finish. This class can also be used by mom's post-natally.

Love this video just right for me, first time i actually did it during this pregnancy now in week 35 and it feels so great. I used to do this practice a lot for my first pregnancy cause i had a lot more time then, I am so glad i found my way back to it and I think I'll do it many more times before little one decides it's time. Thank You!

This is a really great class. Relaxing , yet energizing. There is enough time between transitions, which you sometimes don't get with some other pre-natal classes. So many great hip openers and lower back releasers. I feel strong, but not tense. Great class.

I really enjoyed this pre-natal class at 22 weeks pregnant. A wonderful release for my lower back and beautiful realisation for my changing body. I will be doing this class regularly. Thank you!

Really enjoyed this class, thank you. Im in week 34 and needed something to open my lower back up and this worked. The squats were hard to do as I have pain in my pubic symphisis, but I managed to do an alternate posture during that sequence. I wish there was more prenatal yoga on here

Was looking for a balanced yoga practice, as I am in my 40th week and I needed both a relaxing, but challenging session and this is it. Fantastic and best prenatal video, for sure!

Great prenatal yoga video here. It is slightly more challenging, but definitely doable.

Good prenatal video, appropriate for all stages of pregnancy with the option for initially deepening postures and helpful modifications as pregnancy progresses.

This is a fantastic prenatal class. Great balance between strength and relaxation. Not too long on the feet which is great for those swollen days. Thanks!

I really loved this video!! Great way to build strength, open up hips, and tune into my body and baby.

Best prenatal video I\'ve found, hands down. I like how she concentrates on squats, hip openers, and doesn\'t shy away from some more challenging standing poses.
