As an agent of transformation, breath is the most powerful tool we have, says Kia Miller. Explore how breathing through the left nostril brings you a sense of ease while breathing through the right nostril wakes up your mind.

I always enjoy practicing Online Yoga with you and Tommy, especially with this Pranayama sequence... You used to have another 20 mins Kundalini Pranayama Sequence I loved but I cant find it anywhere!!!.... I think it was called Radiant Pranayama, it was wonderful especially in the morning,,, ""it beats reaching for the JAVA!! (your words) made me laugh Om shanti
Beautiful, beautiful meditation. I absolutely love this video :)
It's a great twenty minute practice , simplicity itself for restoring calm and ease.
I love pranayama meditation! Breath is the first, and the last thing we do. A focused breathing meditation is so healthful.
Thank you Kia!
This practice promotes a calming effect and real sense of deep relaxation, I will definitely be working through this sequence on a regular basis ,, thank you kindly for sharing OM
very good. I learned a lot in this meditation, especially tricks to focus on my breath and how to use my different nostrils throughout the day to shift gears during life's chaos
Loved it. I liked hearing the benefits while I did the practice.
One of the many reasons I love GaiamTV is the chance to try out practices like this. Very interesting and relaxing!
I really enjoyed this session that focused on creating equilibrium through our breath. Really terrific if you had a hectic or stressful day, or a great way to get your day started on the right foot.
A calming meditative practice.
Lovely reminder to pay attention to the breath, and wonderful meditative break.
I can open the viseo that I want to see ?
