I always enjoy practicing Online Yoga with you and Tommy, especially with this Pranayama sequence... You used to have another 20 mins Kundalini Pranayama Sequence I loved but I cant find it anywhere!!!.... I think it was called Radiant Pranayama, it was wonderful especially in the morning,,, ""it beats reaching for the JAVA!! (your words) made me laugh Om shanti
