This was amazing Meghan, thank you. Your practices push me further than I usually go. Yet again another beautiful surprise going into a pose I struggled with in the past.

Confession time: I haven't practiced in a week. I've been depressed and meditating every night, but coming to my mat has been pushed aside. This was a great practice for me after my week long pity party. Thank you for the beautiful practice, Meghan!

This is the absolute best practice to do after a long run. Helps you settle, and focus whilst doing a perfect warm down. Thank you so much x

My first time with Meghan and it was lovely. Had to have a couple of weeks off yoga (difficult tooth extraction and going upside down/moving too much caused throbbing and pain) but I'm back and this was a perfect class to welcome me. Ahhh. Ommm. Thank you. Peace.

I think it's time for a woman-founded yoga practice. Let's call it Currie Yoga. "I took the 200 YT Currie Yoga course and now I'm a Currie Yoga teacher!" Sounds good right?

This was fun and challenging! I love how Meghan takes new twists on yoga and spins it on its head for exciting new classes.

Very fast paced but I like the somewhat aerobic component of the practice. Like getting cardo and yoga in one session. Thank you. I will be doing this more often.

I really liked the sequences in this practice. And while it moved quite quickly, I will revist it again and know I'll be able to follow along better. If you are a beginner who knows pose modifications that work for you, I'd say try this out, but if you aren't familiar with modifications, this may get a little frustrating. But it is listed as a moderate level practice, so may not be for beginners anyway, although I see a few beginners have left comments.

janesaunders27, posted on February 8, 2013

Simply lovely. Thank you Meghan :)

Jennigin, posted on January 25, 2013

Kinda fast transitions, felt a bit like there was a loss of integrity to the poses due to lack of instruction on adjustment and speed. For an "all levels" class, it would have been nice to have more description, and options for some of the more bendy poses (after happy baby I can't hold my leg straight while holding my foot, option would've been nice, alternative to plow pose too). Not bad, just would've labeled it differently.

Totally sweet. Challenging to follow first thing in the morning but cleared the fog from my brain and cheered my heart. More like this please Meghan!

Also, this sequence reminds me of the dance they do in Totoro to make the trees grow!

In what ways have others found this to be medicinal in their lives? I've been doing this video 1-2x a day for the past week-ish. Sometimes I get frustrated but remember the quote on playfulness by Alan Watts. I'm starting to realize certain negativities in my life can become positivities with a little honest self-reflection and a shift in perspective. Maybe I should keep it up for some time and see what else I discover hiding underneath my ego...
