Excellent routine Rodney, with my stamina, strength and flexibility improving, albeit, I'm 65 years old! This is the way to go for me, so it's fortunate that I discovered gaiam tv, while searching for Yoga routines. Thank you Rodney. I doubt that I will ever be able to do up-ward bows, so I replaced that pose with pelvic lifts

i feel tingling after doing this. it was challenging for me to persevere to the end. a goal for me would be to work with this program 3 times a week.

While all the adjustment cues are necessary, i found there was constant talking without even a tiny break for the mind to relax. Also quite repetitive flow, especially towards the end. overall good class and nice workout.

Very enjoyable, great to hold poses longer than the shorter videos. Love the feeling of the 1 h class.

I just started practicing yoga, I doing better than I thought, my biggest challenges are spreading legs and bending forward. Regarding the video, I just love it, I am trying to practice it every day, it relaxes me, and I feel grounded after that.

This is my favorite yoga routine for my total body/ I go to this video for more flexibility, for toning and I jut meditate on my breath as my body moves thru these poses which flow. I try to do a little of this everyday, if at all possible.
Love it!

Playback skips repeatedly, and then stops in the middle. Can't seem to get back to previous time without starting from the beginning. Really frustrating component of what could be a great practice.

I love me some Rondney Yee. Also enjoyed the change of style of music in this one compared to others.

As an Iyengar-oriented practitioner, I found this a refreshing, but also well-grounded, change of pace. Thank you.

I'm getting back into asana after a period of pranayama and study, this video was perfect. Every time I thought I was going to collapse Rodney brought me back to balance. ~flowy-allinclusive-goodness~

I really liked the inclusiveness of this practice, every one of my muscles participated!

Its not easy to find a good Ashtanga based practice. This one really nails it for beginner to intermediate yogis. Although I wish there was more commentary on possible adjustments and more physiological detail on how to get in and out of poses/what to avoid. That is the only criticism I have. Otherwise, it was excellent. Great energy, clear instruction, great pace. Covered all aspects of yoga - breathing, flexibility, strength, relaxation and excellent variety of poses. Definitely not boring, kept me challenged and motivated throughout. I worked up quite the sweat!

This is my go to yoga workout video. An excellent variety of poses with a wonderful flow. Rodney Yee is the best instructor here by far.

I can only get through about 40 minutes, but slowly working to finish. I have an serious arthritic auto-immune illness that effects my spine and ribcage and I was afraid of yoga. I put my fear aside and found out this works so well for me! And it is just fast enough that I don't get bored. I never knew that I could get mobility back. The flow is great. Thanks to this and standing back bend-I can take a deep breath for the first time in a long time.

This is by far one of my favorites... I love the flow of the poses and find them just challenging enough but doable even on days when I'm a little tired. Really great full body workout.

Rammer, posted on April 16, 2012

Well what can i say. In the past when i tried this one o could only go through the first 30 minutes and then my body was done for it. Today i managed to do all the movements from start to finnish. I just wonder what is around the corner:)

kate grubb, posted on March 16, 2012

I love this one. incorporates all of my favorite styles- sun salutations, hip openers, core work...

LaurMorr, posted on September 23, 2011

Very repetitive. I wish there would have been more variety.
