As with all Rodney Yee's videos, this is great, but it keeps stopping. Any suggestions to make it keep going without the constant stopping?

@dgturmenne - I am so sorry for any inconvenience. Someone from our Customer Service department will be contacting you to troubleshoot :).

My husband and I always feel so grounded and focused and get to work out tensions with your guidance! Thank you and we feel exhilarated and excited to be in our bodies so intentionally. You have a gift and thanks for sharing!

Love his flow, his aura....learn so much from him! I enjoy bringing his sequencing into my classes.

I love the way Rodney Yee talks to the body while guiding through the different poses and I love the way the body follows with such an easiness. I first started doing Yoga with the Yoga for Beginers and AM PM approximately on 2002 and now I have the opportunity to thank you Rodney Yee and Patricia Walden for making me get rid of 20 years of Vertigo diagnosed as "something you will have to learn to live with all of your life". Thank God you popped into my life I will always be great full to you and Yoga for that!!! receive my humble and eternal GRATITUDE!

This is a great video, doing flexibility yoga has rid me of backpain. I will continue with yoga practice.

I struggle with flexibility, I am in pretty good shape but I get stiff easily and have trouble finding a good flow of stretches. This video has helped me so much, everyday I get more and more flexible and the stiffness that I lived with has receded greatly. A great video for beginners or advanced.

This is the video that got me started years ago in a regular practice. I was someone who couldn't even touch my toes and had very limited flexibility even as a young person. Within a couple of weeks I had a huge improvement in my flexibility and for the first time could touch my toes! Love this video, still use it when I need that stretch in my back.

I was looking for a relaxing yoga workout that would stretch my tight hamstrings and was on the shorter side. This fit the bill perfectly. As others have mentioned, Rodney Yee's soothing instruction is the perfect way to move through this rejuvinating workout.

Loved it and am going to do this everyday ;-)

I have slipped off the Yoga trail lately and hope to get back at it as they say ;-) I love this channel and all the information here right at my finger tips. I am off to do some Yoga.

I really enjoyed this. Definitely fast paced...took me a couple of sequences of poses to get in the flow but I feel fantastic. I agree with the other reviewers that you should warm up/stretch before to get the most of this.

I've always loved how Rodney talks you through the final relaxation, makes me feel like I'm afloat on the water!

I love the practice but the video quality seems like I'm playing an old vas tape. Thankfully the audio is fine which is more important while following the program.

I use this practice every morning after meditation. It's easy flowing pace sets the tone for the day, moving with grace and ease from movement to movement. Growing deeper over time with practice.. I feel great!

I find true beginner programs to be so slow in instruction sometimes bordering on boring. Yee's description of each move is simple to understand. Since this is only about 25 minutes of actual exercise, I think he makes the most of the time. He does spend a little extra time in the first down dog which I felt loosened things up. Others may choose to warm up before starting the program (or use the beginning couple of minutes before he actually starts the practice to warm up on your own). I like a longer practice, but he fit in a nice power flow and then flexed it out and even a little time left over for relax.

For beginners, this flow will challenge you when he sequences mixing a lot of planks into upward facing dog back into downward facing dog (similar to Suzanne Deason's Lower Body Yoga)....but it's juuuust enough to get your body moving and warm for the wonderful stretches. Not too fast not too slow. Rodney and Suzanne are the master's at the verbal cue. I like to do this workout AFTER my morning power walk or jog. It stretches my body out nicely.

Not sure if I would rate this as a beginner workout, as it requires both strength and agility to follow along with the program. I have been doing yoga for several years, and found it difficult to do without any sort of warm up or stretching before diving right into the sun salutations.

this is a great workout to stretch after a long day at work. Now im ready to get back to what I want to do in life not just what I have to do..

krisedler, posted on December 24, 2011

This was a great flow of stretches. Requires some extra arm strength as a lot of time is in push-up position, downward facing dog, etc. It was a great mid-day workout to help relieve tension and stretch the body fully. It worked several muscle groups, and the workout closed with a great relaxation time.
