I soooooo enjoy your pacing. I am not enlightened enough to always stay mindful with some slower classes. Notice when I'm Pitta-Vatta-ing that you keep my attention/challenge me and still get me to calm down. Bless ya! Namaste xoxo

Love the breath lessons in this practice. Cues are well done, but stay on your toes as you ease in to the middle of this practice so you are aware of which leg you should be working.
