We are taken to the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado; to the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota; and the Presidential Inauguration. The documentary shows interviews with the activist celebrities, insights from focus groups from Fox about whether a politician should enlist the help from Hollywood, and typical shots from the media as they follow the Creative Coalition, a non-partisan political advocacy organization of the entertainment industry. They explore the idea of elitism in Washington, DC, and in Hollywood. The two aspects have been bleeding together over the past couple generations and, as is argued, the key reason is television.
