Pretty outdated exercise video. The moving text and different visual treatments are distracting. Okay workout but I wouldn't say it's intermediate and overall I wouldn't recommend it. The is a poor video and from so many comments it should probably be removed.

This video was ok. It was really boring though and for an intermediate video she went way too slow. These exercises could have been done in half the time.
