Thank you for this practice! I love twists and detox practices- I think I've done nearly all on this program, but this is always my favorite. so well rounded with physical, mental, and spiritual aspects.

This practice really made me feel a connection with my body and forget the departure of my husband to a new city. This is a new period of our lives and it showed me that yoga can help you through hard situations. Can't wait to see more new videos.

this was fantastic! I chose to do this in the middle of the year, but its appropriate because Im starting school for the first time next month in a few years and I really needed to hear all the words you spoke regarding clearing out old labels, and emotions. I cant believe how perfect this was for the current way Ive been feeling these past few weeks. thank you for helping me wash away some of the negative energy thats been clogging my heart.

Found the cuing really hard to follow in the practice- I had to keep looking at the screen to see what pose we were supposed to be doing, which prevented me from going deeper into my practice.

@Hope14 Good can use the block on it's highest height and also keep a slight bend in the front knee if that helps!

ashleyturner_2, posted on May 19, 2014

@NicoleUrdang Most important is to ensure that the oils you choose are therapeutic grade as that guarantees purity and that you are getting high quality oils.

NicoleUrdang, posted on May 19, 2014

Young Living oils may be great. However, if you would prefer not to spend a fortune on them I would try Edens Gardens.
They make many of the same exact blends and they also include a fantastic booklet as well as a pamphlet on 101 Uses for Aromatherapy with a purchase.
You can buy them on Amazon or on their dedicated website. I would just compare the prices.

Thanks for another amazing class Ashley, just one question, I find it really difficult to have straight legs, even in forward bend, at aprox 24minutes here with the forward bend/twist/on blocks poses, should it always be straight legs or can you recommend a way I can work towards that or to make sure I am doing it proper in between? Thanks!

Ashley I keep commenting on every one of your videos because you are one hugely talented teacher. Thank you for including oils in your practice, and for explaining so well what we are doing and why we are doing. By knowing the benefits of each move I feel more motivated to do them! Thank you!

Hi Ashley I really love this class I keep coming back and back to it, for a number of reasons. I find it quite challenging but hopefully the more I do it the more comfortable I will become with the postures. I have also adopted your love of essential oils for practice as well as to treat myself after showering and before going to bed. I always wondered which one you used and then I caught today that you said young living. I wondered what your recommendation is, I know these are the best oils in the world and seem to have magical qualities - if you are on a bit of a tighter budget are there others that are effective? I love the sound of Joy by young living, I may have to get that one day. If you think they really are worth investing in please say so. I have recently purchased some oils by healing essences 1) Inspiration ~ Wild Fields ~ Warming, Ground, Invigorating; 2) Inspiration ~ Spirit ~ Harmonize, Reconnect, Protect; and 3) Tasmanian Lavender - Lavandula angustifolia miller. What do you think? Thank you again you are gorgeous. xx

Hi, I had the same issue as Oanh, the video stopped a few times then resumed but it stopped and restarted from the beginning and when I tried to go to the area that I was at, it wouldn't load. Very disruptive. Please advise.
Thank you

I love the "Nothing" meditation at the end. I do believe this is what I am learning right now in my life, and the meditation was a synchronistic reminder of my path at this moment. As a Polarity Therapist and Shamanic Practitioner, I benefit greatly from your teaching style and presence. You are a wonderful, wisdom-filled being of light! Ommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!! xo!

Beautiful, revitalizing, energizing and cleansing practice! Thank you so much Ashely - wonderful practice any time of the year! Every day is a new beginning, every day we can let go of what's unnecessary and embrace what we truly need.

From start to finish this practice helped me find the blockage in my mind and soul that has been there for so many painful years . Especially the meditation at the end brought a awareness to my true authentic self . And as awareness is the first step to change, i feel like through this practice i can start this new year true , fresh and new. Thank you so much for this class. I really appreciate it . Great meditation at the end of this practice.
Perhaps, you could tape some as separate videos for MYO?
