Loved it! I love that you always reminding your viewers not to judge our bodies, and postures. I find that I do that a lot, and its nice to really let that all go. Namaste

I could not view this video through the app, but eventually could get it working direct from site. Thank you for this practice. it gave me confidence to continue with Ashtanga and I felt like I was honouring myself.

It seems like a lovley practice but my computer kept freezing up and I had to start again several times. I think I need to look into some technical help
