Open your lower back as you gradually wake up the spine. This morning practice takes you through Sun Salutations slowly enough so that you can focus on the alignment of the foundational poses, including downward-facing dog, plank and cobra. After the warm-up, you are ready to flow through Sun Salutation A, exploring a meditation of movement and breath.

Terrific flow and breath work - great work out. Problems are Tommy's inappropriate touching which is unnecessary and a poor example to instructors and his usage of ego-centered phrases such as: I love and I want. Keep the "I" and the touch out of yoga.

Really enjoyed, As an instructor, I loved the verbal ques, the pacing and the rhythm of breath. I did a mid afternoon practice and it was just the right amount of time. Thank you Tommy.

this really is my go to yoga video. It's a great pace- not fast, but not too slow. I find I use this video more than most others I have found. I have memorized just about every single thing he has said, but it's still good. If i'm away from it for awhile and doing other things I find that I crave going back to it.

seemed like it would have been good however buffering every 5 seconds very annoying couldn,t finish it.
