Morning Vinyasa

Open your lower back as you gradually wake up the spine. This morning practice takes you through Sun Salutations slowly enough so that you can focus on the alignment of the foundational poses, including downward-facing dog, plank and cobra. After the warm-up, you are ready to flow through Sun Salutation A, exploring a meditation of movement and breath. All levels, including beginners.

this really is my go to yoga video. It's a great pace- not fast, but not too slow. I find I use this video more than most others I have found. I have memorized just about every single thing he has said, but it's still good. If i'm away from it for awhile and doing other things I find that I crave going back to it.

I really liked this morning vinyasa yoga. The teacher is really calm, and a lot of emphasis is put on breath, which really helped my practice! Thanks!
