Thank You, May 1, 2013
I want to thank you so much for this video, I have been experiencing major back problems from an old injury and have had such difficulty getting better. This video has helped me strengthen my back and I am still working on it but wow what a difference. I feel better every time I practise this. I would recommend this to anyone who has back problems.

I get a rush to the head its, April 8, 2013
I get a rush to the head its really weird , when we have to hold the breath after an exercise , why is that? (I'm not out of breath or anything ) but it is a weird sensation. my stomach makes strange sounds even if I did not eat so i guess it works the digestive system pretty good as well!

Tommy’s response, April 10, 2013
Part of the reason we feel a head rush is because we are pulling a lot of oxygen in during these exercises. Of course holding the breath and straining a bit can cause this as well. When I hold the breath, it is really more of a pause than anything else. I am gentle in the pausing of my breath.
As for the belly, well, yes, we are working the digestive tract especially through breath of fire and other postures that have us moving and contracting the core. Hoping you are enjoying the series. Best, --Tommy Rosen

Great way to wake up!, March 12, 2013
This is the first time I have done Kundalini it is a great way to wake up. I have small children and usually get off to a pretty slow start so this feels great. And my spine has recently been put though pregnancy, nursing and like Tommy have had a number of back issues and the waking the upper spine feels AWESOME!! Thanks Gaiam, this will definately be part of my morning rountine instead of just coffee!

I suffer from TMJ disorder and have extremely tight shoulders and neck. This was a wonderful way to bring energy to areas that are usually stagnant.

Wonderful!, February 6, 2013
Simple, short, concise and useful. This is a wonderful morning practice. Glad to find this and will use again, often. He does a wonderful job of explaining and I love that it's a husband/wife team. I like that he explains this helped him with a back injury and also encourages to just do as much as we can do. He's adorable laugh when thanked at the end was a cherry on top. Thank you for having this, Gaiam!

Excellent, very energizing yet seems simple but with the breathing and the movement, you really feel energized and I especially like that it is so good for my spine and hope I do this one often.

I absolutely love this way to wake up. Energizes the breath and makes my back/spine come alive. This is a great practice for keeping the spine healthy during pregnancy.. Too bad I can't do the entire salutation!
