Meditation for Beginners (2002)

Mindfulness is a universal meditation, which is a path of self-discovery and exploration. Through this practice we learn to pause and relax and get quiet with ourselves. As we tune in, we get to see more clearly the full spectrum of life and its possibilities. We realize that we do have a choice. We can choose to nurture our inner resources-that which is best in us, rather than feed what drains us. From that place, a new energy comes into expression and it can bring great transformation, profound healing and inspiration.
