I'm from the P90X school and I love cross fit, but I am a walk and jog fan. It is a good workout for any level of fitness!
I work the graveyard shift and this gives me the energy I need to get through the night. I love that its low impact but makes me sweat and gets my heart rate up.

I love it very much, it's a great alternative to walking. The intervals are fantastic and aren't too long. I didn't think I would be able to do it at a beginner's fitness level but they were nice and easy.

I like Leslie Sansone because she has very simple exercise videos. Sometimes I don't want a lot of complicated movements. However, often walking alone just isn't enough for me but when you add the jogging intervals it is just right. This video is only a half hour and a favorite of mine on the days where I'm not into working out but know I should.

I had 30 minutes and wanted to do a little more than a walking video. This was a great way to get it in! I went deep into the moves and got a good workout.

I love to do WATP videos, I have been a fan for over 10 years and it helped me get back into a regular fitness routine when I hadn't had one in years. This video is about 10 years old and is a little notch above the just walking. It has intervals of walking then jogging and back to walking. The only thing I dislike is there is no stretching after the very short cool down. However, I guess you can do it on your own as I did. The one thing about all of her videos is the chatter becomes a little grating after you hear it 20 times...I have learned to turn it down and use my own music.
