I sometimes need a workout that doesn't make me have to think. Especially when I have a lot on my mind already. This workout is perfect for that! I can come here and start the workout and let my mind go free for a while. I love how Leslie also gives thanks in her videos. Good workout and good oxygen flow.

I really enjoyed the 3mile walk. I have used video works for 6 years. I have to say I really got a good sweaty workout. And I will do this exercise again.

Leslie, I so love you!!! I have already lost 35 lbs doing your Start Walking 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile by gradually increasing the miles. This was my first time doing the walk away pounds and boy do i feel like I just had a major workout. It is the best!! I always refer you whenever the topic of my weight loss comes up.
