Leaping Dog Flow

“Fluidity” is a graceful vinyasa yoga practice with Janet Stone, in which we connect breath to movement and transition flowingly from pose to pose. Inspired by the changes of nature and the flux within our bodies, this fluid hip opening practice will leave you feeling energized. The vibratory sensation of prana, as it circulates and massages our inner body, awakens us to our inner vitality.

A bit fast paced for me first thing in the a.m. but a lovely sequence. The leaping dog was priceless - what pure joy!

The pacing was a little fast for me . I loved the black dog leaping in the water and the wavy flow.

jxb103, posted on May 31, 2013

Not your typical flow. I enjoyed that. I think I'd like it more after a walk or something, where I'd be a little more warmed up first.

kristinaandart, posted on May 15, 2013

great flow, wish I had read the comments first and not made it my morning practice, but I was definitely feeling the prana flow! thank you.

Great to do after a run.

I'd like to try this one again. First time out, seemed a little too fast paced for me. But maybe that's just my energy level today and I'll enjoy it more next time.

Great practice with some lovely new sequences and poses.
Thank you!

I really enjoyed this video. It went by much faster than I expected. Constant movement, it even worked up a little bit of a sweat. Lots of Fun! Thanks!

A little too fast for me. Couldn't keep my breath with the movements. But I'll bet this is better once already warmed up. It was just too early for me! ;)

Very nice... I will love this even more the next time. For all those who struggle with the speed... i suggest watching the video before you practice.. this will let you know what's coming. I thought it was perfectly paced even through the first time. I will definitely look into Janet's other videos... She was recommended as a great teacher... and now i know why! Thanks.

Loved it! Who doesn't have 20min for this Janet Stone gem!

meechmeech, posted on December 2, 2012

I really loved the fluidity and transition between the poses, as well as the diversity of poses themselves. Apparently, though, I was in the mood for something much slower paced. I could have enjoyed this more today if it had been at half the speed. I will do this again on an evening when I am feeling energetic and in the mood for something short but sweet. Then it will probably be perfect!

thank you so much. Lovely!

I am a Janet fan but this just seemed so rushed that I found myself stressed just trying to keep up. If you read this Janet, how about doing a slower extended version for those of us less advanced but who dearly love your teachings. Namaste

Love Janet's energy and the sequencing. It was a little too fast-paced for me to really feel fluidity, though.

Hello to all the D O G and downdog lovin\' folks out there. This is one of the offerings from me that we so playful and fun to do as the surroundings were burgeoning with life and activity and to stay focused on the breath and movement in the midst of all the chaos (either joyful or challenging) is the PRACTICE. Thank you to @MyYogaOnline for keeping the various traditions of yoga alive and available.
