Adventurer Ian Mackenzie ventures into the rainforest of Borneo to compile the first dictionary of the Penan language. The Penan people have lived the same way for hundreds of years, in territory that is now being destroyed due to mass deforestation.

Mackenzie has taken up the endeavor to try to protect the Penan people and their lands before their ancient nomadic ways are completely gone. It is a heavy task with great risks. Bear witness to the dying days of a culture, amid the tragedy of an environmental disaster.
