8 min of the same breathing/kneeling position made me annoyed.

Hey Victor; I'm glad you liked it, thanks for practicing with me : ) This is a toughie to respond to without actually seeing you do it, but here goes: try an inhale before you say the mantra. And don't worry about doing it at the same pace as me. For now prioritize simply saying it at a pace that enables you to breathe. Much love

I loved this mantra.
how do you make the breath with mantra?
I can't breath when I pronounce the mantra.
Thank you

Thanks for the feedback Tine! Kundalini is powerful stuff. p.s. If you feel pain, please feel free to rest. Discomfort is okay, but if it's pain please feel free to ease out and rest for a bit. Much love!

I have always been a little bit skeptical towards kundalini yoga. But now I'm reading a book called "Meditation as medicine" by Dharma Singh Khalsa M.D. M.D. and he has a kundalini based yoga background. I'm so fascinated with his testimonies of results from this way of meditating and practicing yoga, that I have now decided to really give kundalini yoga a chance. And this particular kriya practice surprised me. Though my neck and shoulders are feeling beat up, I felt something releasing insede me through the pain. And the mantra made me go deep. Weird and amazing! Thank you Lindsey for leading us through awakening our kundalini.

I did this again this morning and a lot of stuff came up. I think this will be my 40 day meditation. Thanks Liindsey.

thanks again brooklyn! I love this kriya. yup, you'll notice that this variation is a variation--since the style of Kundalini yoga I teach is not 'as taught by Yogi Bhajan' but rather one I've learned from various teachers including my friend and mentor Swami Maheshananda Saraswati. of course feel free to add the root lock and pranayama you're comfortable with. all the best to you!

Fantastic, arms ached a little but then started to feel lighter and refreshed. The effects are powerful, very nice!

Found this hard at first but staying mindful to the mantra helped me to stay focused. Now I feel great, thank you for this practice. Roy.

I was hoping to get more guidance in to how doing a good Sat Kriya. It's supposed to be a lot faster and women should have their left finger over the right thumb, men vice versa. This video would have been good to practice with if it was a 3 min on and 2 min relax cycle to add to my daily practice.
