Music help, please....Where can I find the song, Golden Halo by Akasha? Love it and want to share in my classes.

sabri67, posted on April 11, 2014

short firy practice. I loved it, thank you! will try more of your classes!

shajorah, posted on October 27, 2013

This was a great class. My energy was low today so it was a little too much for me. I will definitely be adding this to my favorites!! Thank you!

Florencia, posted on October 23, 2013

Thank you for this short yet powerful practice

nicoluce, posted on October 22, 2013

@nazanin7With time and practice yoga alone will give you access to all these poses. However, depending on your overall muscle balance, weight training can help build strength and stability in specific areas that need work. Be well,
nico

I need to practice hand stands!!

shajorah, posted on October 21, 2013

@nazanin7 try this link. It should take you right to the page with all the videos so far. (Hopefully). http://www.myyogaonline.com/guide/more-core-please

I am really enjoying this core challenge. I can feel my core has become stronger and I feel I am standing taller!! Thank you MYO!!

pennyspicerocks, posted on October 21, 2013

I enjoyed the practice. I am very appreciative with the class variety and approaches to core work.

Rubytooshoes, posted on October 21, 2013

Sorry, never mind I figured it out.....it made more sense to me that there should be a + on the heart to add it, but I found out the - sign adds it to my favorites :)

Rubytooshoes, posted on October 21, 2013

This video by Nico Luce (Killer Core) does not have the 'Add to Favorites' next to the description and when I click on the heart to the side of the video it does not go to my favorites :(

mamey, posted on October 21, 2013

that core flow was amazing!

mazinga108, posted on October 21, 2013

wow so cool!!!

nazanin7, posted on October 21, 2013

do we need to do other types of workout (like lifting) to be able to do moves like hand balance or we could do them with keep practicing yoga?

nazanin7, posted on October 21, 2013

@mgeisthardt thanks again. I already have this challenge in my emails. I'm looking for a page containing all of them without need for going to our emails. a page with all challenges from older time to date in the website. i think they don't have one :(

mgeisthardt, posted on October 21, 2013

@nazanin7 hmmm.. a good question! I found this one, but only through old e-mails http://www.myyogaonline.com/guide/sunrise-and-shine

aromarose, posted on October 21, 2013

Another great workout, holy the last arm balancing needs plenty more practice. Thanks nice blend.

nazanin7, posted on October 21, 2013

@mgeisthardt Thank you very much for your respond by I'm looking for older challenge series. do you know where can I find them? @mgeisthardt @mgeisthardt

WONDERFUL!!! Great direction... Thank you

JerseyGirl2013, posted on October 21, 2013

Holy moses! If that's Nico's idea of play, I am afraid of what work would be! Wow! Probabl not the best idea to do this while I have a raging headache. Ugh, but I gave it my best shot.

Sita45, posted on October 21, 2013

This is really an advanced workout. Or intermediate/advanced. If it is Intermediate, it should have an easier variation or two.

nazanin7, posted on October 21, 2013

hi, does anyone have an idea how can i get to a page sorting all programs like this (more-core-please or so) from previous times to date? this site needs a bit of more organization. thank you very much.

nicoluce, posted on October 21, 2013

@mformica @michellegolan @RubyDiamond @frankielee @queenscycling @lindylou22 @JTIP @ht333 @r114715l @MissRhonda @yogaacasa @Vaninna @eleonela @gretchenista Great to hear your feedback. Thank you! Yes, some of those arm balances are crazy and they require practice and patience yet don't think for a moment they are unattainable, extraordinary things happen after we say yes to the possibility. Keep up your practice everyone.

Carlyoga, posted on October 21, 2013

Nico Luce with Killer Core was intense, short, no-nonsense, straight forward practice. Love it! More of this kind of practice please.

tappin1, posted on October 21, 2013

Love the arm balance crow, and eka pada galavasana

gretchenista, posted on October 21, 2013

Short and sweet, but still challenging. I am not to the level of doing handstands (yet), so I modified with a tripod with one leg up in the air after holding for crow. There is still room for improvement for me. I hope to do arm balances in the future.

eleonela, posted on October 21, 2013

I really like dynamic warmups here. could not do arm balances did crow instead of the last one.

Vaninna, posted on October 21, 2013

Mmmm feels so good ! Short but efficient. Thank you Nico, really love your flow

yogaacasa, posted on October 21, 2013

NIce playful practice, great for the morning. I would have appreciated some easier variations but I improvised on my own. Thank you!

MissRhonda, posted on October 21, 2013

Happy Monday :) sHort and to the oint. Thank you

ht333, posted on October 21, 2013

Still one of my favorites! Love this one in the morning when you don't have a lot of time but want to feel you did something amazing :)

lindylou, posted on October 21, 2013

thank you for this, good job with sequence

queenscycling, posted on October 21, 2013

Nice short practice. Could not do any of the arm balances though. Maybe one day...

frankielee, posted on October 21, 2013

great sequence to this short practise. challenging upper body balances though!

RubyDiamond, posted on October 21, 2013

Yeah!!! MYO is helping me get my core mojo back - love it even with the challenging hand stands. Thanks Nico.

michellegolan, posted on October 21, 2013

Great impact for a short practice.. Especially liked the floor sequence!

mformica, posted on October 21, 2013

Great little practice. Maybe after another 3 rounds of this 14-day challenge I'll be closer to the full extension in those arm balances. . .

nicoluce, posted on June 19, 2013

@Strechinjez "Practice and all will come" as Pattabhi Jois says. Definitely symmetrical poses are less complex and therefore easier to access. So yes, try regular crow before the one leg version. All the best!

Strechinjez, posted on June 10, 2013

Great video. Thanks. About those arm balances; I take it it's not just a question of upper body strength? I've seen the tutorial on how to do the crow pose, would this be a good technique to master first, or employ similar and just to get straight on with it? Cheers!

CJulianna, posted on March 1, 2013

Great perspective on how to feel the arm balances by pushing through your legs like someone is lifting you up..

Mandymouse71, posted on March 1, 2013

Absolutely beautiful! Thank you Nico! The arm balances will come with practice :-) Namaste!

ht333, posted on January 23, 2013

Loved it. I didn't have much time today, so this was perfect. I couldn't do the 2 handstanding poses, but I did my own thing during that time. I love the reps--they flow perfectly with breath which makes it that much easier to breathe properly.

montlake, posted on January 6, 2013

Those arm balances are way beyond me! I can't begin to imagine how to build up the strength for them!

Teenarena, posted on December 11, 2012

@Andyg thank you for your comment, I have sent them a mail. Perhaps I need to have premium membership in order to view them though?
