Jump Time (Dr. Jean Houston) – Part 1 (2000)

With host Jeffrey Mishlove, Jean Houston, author of Jump Time, discusses society in transition. Jump time refers to her belief that something exhilarating, something unique is about to happen, and she urges us to wake-up and recognize that social structures are breaking down because they come from old industrial societies.

Jean tells host Jeffrey Mishlove that the whole sense of human identity and responsibly is changing, and uses the term Jump Time to refer to the present moment in which this is happening. She addresses the concept of whole-system transition where nothing looks the same as it did before.
