Dr. Joe was one of the most popular speakers in the documentary What the Bleep do We Know?, with his fireside chat about constructing one’s day in a positive way. But, his knowledge of the brain goes far beyond those short clips. Joe explains, in this interview, how our brain chemicals work to keep us embroiled in old habits and patterns, and what it takes to overcome those patterns. This is extremely useful information for anyone with a brain. One of the dangers he explains is the proliferation of violent video games in our society.
Joe draws from the experiences that caused him to write his book, Evolve Your Brain – The Science of Changing Your Mind, and gets into what actually happens in your brain to create behavior.

Excellent -The Best Dispenza video on GaiamTv, March 23, 2013
While I haven't read his book, I have all of his audio programs and have spent many hours listening to Dr. Joe.
What makes this video fascinating is the opportunity to watch him tell his personal story about the tragedy which leads him on his path to "enlightenment". The understanding of Dr. Joe's practical and scientific approach to "change" has allowed me to change things I was never able to change before on my path toward "enlightenment".
If you only have time to watch one of the several Dispenza videos on GaiamTv, this is the one to watch!

Major Brain Boost, December 20, 2012
After reading Dr. Joe's book, Evolve Your Brain, I was blown away. This little video recap was a wonderful booster for all the information to be found in his book. What Dispenza says makes so much sense, but it takes actually being willing to look at your own stuff while also being willing to retrain your thinking and feeling patterns. Not easy, but it can be done. High recommended.
