I feel the Buzz :), January 10, 2013
I LOVED this practice! I feel all buzzy and light after completing Amy's "Happiness Flow". Amy has a fantastic lightness of heart and conducts great movement for joyfully releasing tension. I feel great, and I look forward to doing this routine again and again!

I practiced this sequence after an intense workout a couple of days ago that left me feeling pretty sore, and now I'm feeling so much better--inside and out! I really do feel lighter and brighter on the inside. Amy is a wonderful instructor. :)
