I love this routine! At first I was a bit disappointed that there was no music, but I quickly realized that no music was needed because the poses and stretches "speak" for themselves. The poses are wonderful openers and I can't believe that by the end, I was almost able to do the splits! That's never happened to me before! Her instruction is clear, calm, and I loved this routine.

Lovely flow with visual explanations of the asanas. The "moans" simply distracted from the practice because they were louder and louder as the practice went on; however, the student's breathe kept me more focused. Otherwise, I enjoyed the flow!

Not sure how this lesson ends. Kia' s instructions ended abruptly after 10 or minutes and began playing from the beginning.

i have had significant hip pain, needed a good hip opener - this class is fantastic. i really enjoy Kia's energy, and she provides great instruction. i will definitely do this again!

Kia Miller is a wonderful teacher, and provides a centering, spiritual path along this 45-minute yoga class. The poses are challenging yet accessible to all levels. The end result is yoga happiness and openness, especially through the lower back, hips, and legs. I will return to this video again!
