From a beginner's standpoint, she went through the poses too fast, couldn't keep up with her. But, I will try it again.

She demonstrates beautiful yoga but gives no real explanation of how to integrate the body into the movements. She looks great but doesn't give the instruction she promises in the beginning of the tape. Nice is you just want to relax and do some very beginner type yoga and you already know how. Thank you.

This was my first try at Yoga and this was a nice easy video that relaxes and eases you in to the poses. I would fully recommend to any one.
