Don't be put off by the "Advanced" label - I'm an intermediate student and this was very much do-able with all the modifications offered. Ryan's spirit and humor make this (and every one of his classes) a delight. Thank you, Ryan!!

@gretchenista yes, I found the same thing was happening to me; such an inspiring class, i was really getting into the whole philosophy of it all but the jerking and lagging behind in the instructions was constant. Still a wonderful class. Thank you for the gift of your yoga class and thankyou to future CA girl for sharing! Appreciate it!

Just did this one. I like it very much. It has everything you need for complete practice. Could not finish those bicycles and push ups jumps could not do at all

Oh Ryan, you crack me up.

tappin1, posted on October 25, 2013

Loved your story during the bicycle 100 , or I might not have made it. That was the most graceful handstand I have ever seen .

emmmuh, posted on October 25, 2013

Thank you for this practice, Ryan!! I've been on the hunt for something that is short and sweet with sequencing just like this. :)

gretchenista, posted on October 25, 2013

I finally finished this video after two hours of stopping and stopping over and over. I gave up on my iPad and went ahead and toggled the video on my PC even though it is more uncomfortable to do yoga in front of my PC. Even the video kept buffering and was often jerky and out of sync with the instructions. Ryan's class is inspiring as always and challenged me to do balances. I still had to do a headstand with a wall to help me balance. I tried to do my best, but I would have done better if the video didn't stop constantly. I learned that not doing my best is wasting my gift, and I should apply it in life. Once again, what a workout on my abs!

aromarose, posted on October 25, 2013

Wouaou that felt wonderful! Powerful, energising and calming at the same time ! I didn't think I would be able to do the 100 abs at the ends, but I made it through :) Not able to do the handstand yet, but definitatly doing better at bakasana thanks to this challenge !! Thanks Ryan!
