Nice session but tough to follow, May 20, 2013

The teacher was quite sweet, and I appreciate her world view. Her speaking was a little distracting, however. I wanted less talk. I had to repeatedly look up at the screen to see what the students were doing, because I didn't know the names of all the asanas...so this too took from my practice. After doing it once or twice, though, it's fine to come back to and worth it. Great for 40 minutes.

Great flow, but where was the Kundalini? And I'm sure this teacher is a lovely person, but I found A LOT of her dialogue to be distracting. I agree with Jeanie below.

Everything I need to hear to be inspired and feel gratitude, to make my body strong and flexible, to have peace ....is in this 40 minutes flow. Great teacher!

But I also agree that the camera man is not so good. I can not see how the students place their hands on the floor.

Bad camera work, November 26, 2012

Otherwise a very good routine but just with strange choices for camera work totally missing or missing important details of poses. I'm sure she is a wonderful lady but I'm not enjoying the instruction to watch her wandering around describing poses I can't see :/

Couldn't make it past the first 15 minutes with all the chattering. I like instructors that limit the talk to instruction, otherwise it isn't peaceful to me.

Invigorating and calming. It's a great practice packed into the time, as well.

Not being in Boulder anymore, I am SO thankful to have the experience of her gifts again. She encourages you to bring your practice from the mat to your life and weaves stories and examples through the flow. Enjoy looking at your day through a different perspective! The flow is short and sweet and will leave you wanting more.
