I appreciate that she didn't practice with the students because I think she can offer more by actually teaching to the students. One issue I had was that I had to look up several times because I had no idea what she pose she was trying to get us into, and I'm a yoga instructor myself. It felt as though the students on screen were moving through the sequence regardless of what she was saying, and she spent more time complimenting the students' posing on screen than teaching the pose, leaving us students behind the computer lost.

I agree that the camera was not always in a good place and that her talking and walking around was a little distracting. I also have a pet peeve with teachers that don't do the practice or demonstrate the poses. Other than that, this is a good work out and practice, if you already know how to do the poses properly and your are not relying on the video to show you how to do them correctly.

Fabulous way to start the day. Body feels refreshed, vibrant, calm and centered. Love the continual references to looking for blessings in our own life, and offering up those same blessings to others. Gorgeous.

The teacher was quite sweet, and I appreciate her world view. Her speaking was a little distracting, however. I wanted less talk. I had to repeatedly look up at the screen to see what the students were doing, because I didn't know the names of all the asanas...so this too took from my practice. After doing it once or twice, though, it's fine to come back to and worth it. Great for 40 minutes.

Great flow, but where was the Kundalini? And I'm sure this teacher is a lovely person, but I found A LOT of her dialogue to be distracting. I agree with Jeanie below.

Everything I need to hear to be inspired and feel gratitude, to make my body strong and flexible, to have peace ....is in this 40 minutes flow. Great teacher!

But I also agree that the camera man is not so good. I can not see how the students place their hands on the floor.

Otherwise a very good routine but just with strange choices for camera work totally missing or missing important details of poses. I'm sure she is a wonderful lady but I'm not enjoying the instruction to watch her wandering around describing poses I can't see :/

Had to strain my neck too much to see what they were doing.

Couldn't make it past the first 15 minutes with all the chattering. I like instructors that limit the talk to instruction, otherwise it isn't peaceful to me.

Invigorating and calming. It's a great practice packed into the time, as well.

Not being in Boulder anymore, I am SO thankful to have the experience of her gifts again. She encourages you to bring your practice from the mat to your life and weaves stories and examples through the flow. Enjoy looking at your day through a different perspective! The flow is short and sweet and will leave you wanting more.

Jeanie is very articulate in her instruction, and it is given with a heart felt authenticity that helps me tap into the goodness in my heart. Through her instruction I find greater ease within my mind and body and I just feel better about my life and the world I live in.

Jeanie always gives me much to reflect on through my body and mind. Not being in Boulder anymore, I so appreciate being able to have a class with her through Gaiam TV!
