Don Miguel Ruiz Jr. on the Power of Faith (February 2009)

It is not easy being raised by a famous father, especially one that has been a primary spiritual inspiration for this generation. But, Don Miguel Ruiz, Jr. has learned and continues to learn his father’s lessons, and is now teaching the Toltec way with his brother, Don Jose Ruiz, and his father. In The Four Agreements, The Mastery of Love, and The Voice of Knowledge, Don Miguel Ruiz, Sr., shares the practice of using Life as Art as a blank canvas that is only for you to use for your creation called Life.

At the age of 14, Don Miguel Jr. apprenticed to his father Don Miguel Sr. and his grandmother, Madre Sarita. From that early age, he was called upon to translate Madre Sarita’s prayers, lectures and workshops from Spanish into English. In this way, through constant repetition and review, he learned the content of her teachings in both languages.
