If you have explored nutrition much at all on your own there will be little new information to be had from this video. It is all pretty basic nutrition. The only real mention of better sleep is that loosing 5 pounds of fat will improve your quality of sleep. There was no discussion of the foods that popular health and fitness magazines have been reporting are helpful for sleep whether they help promote natural melatonin production or to stabilize blood sugar throughout the night etc. Even if some of those claims are to be refuted I'd like to see them refuted rather than spend 15 minutes on something I already know and isn't really delivering what it claims.
