I love, love, love this website. Worth every penny. Of course, I am only on my free trial but I will absolutely sign up! I have practice yoga with Rodney's videos for many years but it is fantastic to just go to the computer or ipad both of which are mostly always on and just start doing yoga. No need to put in a dvd. Sweet.

Excellent workout; not distracting to colleagues, August 28, 2012

Just tried this for the first time today. I was looking for a a relatively short way to deal with the stress of sitting at a computer for 8-12 hours per day. This was absolutely wonderful! My productivity tend to slide as the day goes on due to neck and back tension. I just finished, and I felt like I had just sat down for the morning. And it was not too distracting to those who might be sitting nearby if you don't have an office.

My neck, shoulders, and back thank you!

Not only is this good for relaxing and releasing tension particularly in your back and shoulders, but it's good for its general calming effect. One thing that's very nice is that this video is broken into segments about four minutes long, so there's no need to do the full 15 minutes if you don't have the time.

I very much like Rodney as an instructor. He describes movements clearly and calmly, does not rush, and makes it possible to follow without forcing me to constantly look at the TV.

This is great after a long day at the computer. It's amazing how much stress and tension you accumulate just by sitting at your computer. Rodney always gives a good workout and this is no exception. Fantastic

I work long hours at a desk everyday and my body feels like a slug sitting so long. Even though I do stretch out periodically, this shows some different poises I can use that helps the hips, hands, arms, neck and shoulders.

A great way to take a quick break to stretch and release tension at your desk. You can really take a few minutes of the practice, or the whole 15 minutes. Recommended!
