I have read a couple of David's books, and still learned stuff I didn't know from this footage. I have been trying to fit superfoods into my diet for a while now. These were great suggestions. I never thought of brewing tea as my liquid ingredient in smoothies! Great info on tonic adaptogens etc. Very educating!
