This was a wonderful practice, thank you!!

I really do love this class. Remember it from the Core Guide and it was my first experience with one of Kelly's classes, and it totally rocked! Switching my home practice focus back to strengthening my core, and this was a great way to get back into that! Just enough burn, without feeling beyond me....the perfect level of challenge.

Kerri: Your sequences remain the tops for me. I have a tight athletic body, and for some magical reason your sequences are amazing at opening my joints.

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom! It's made a difference in my life.

Coming back to this one for the second time. Great practice with wonderful, clear instructions. Flowing (read: not boring!) core work with a beautiful meditative component. I really felt able to to tap into my physical strength while maintaining a connection to my heart and my intentions. Thanks, Kerri! :-)

Excellent full body flowing yoga practice, I feel at peace and calm, thank you Kerri

not my favourite class but a good start for beginners or a warm up for experienced yogis.

I struggle with my core strength, but this video showed me how I can take control of my core again.

One of my favorites that I keep returning to. :]

mamayogini, posted on May 22, 2014

wonderful! What an inspired and inspiring practice... I loved it. Initially I was put off by the fact that you were wearing sunglasses and I couldn't see your eyes/face but I'm so glad I followed through - and I'll definitely be coming back to this tomorrow. This is the first practice I've found in which I can go deep and have space to breathe without pressing pause!

kriyawoman, posted on April 27, 2014

yes....moderate for athletes. Not if you're not an athlete. weak core here. thought I'd try to see how it would go. Rehabbing from accident and have mild to moderate bulges in lower lumber with significant weight loss. This is not for ppl who are in beginning to transitional stages in rehab from injury. Just looking for "real" beginner and moderate hatha and ashtanga practices. This is more of an intermediate practice. thx.

My weak core seems to be what's keeping me from moving forward in my practice. So glad to have found this series, great flow and loved the heat! Thank so much!

woodstaworld, posted on April 18, 2014

followed this one 3 times now over the last month. Today was the first time I have managed to follow the full flow without having to rest! Great feeling. Now just have to loosen those hips so I can raise my legs high enough. Great to be able to measure progress. Wonderful flow - rally feel my heart pump.

Thanks Kerri! Where did you film this? So pretty! I know it's not Santa Monica or Malibu haha! Just did Day 3 & 4 now & find it a great strong practice. Will make a smoothie & use whirlpool next. Cheers!

Perhaps best core yoga class I have ever done, because it's still yoga. Sometimes I feel like I'm an aerobics class when doing core yoga, but this was perfect. Thank you very much for this.

I really like your way of describing the translation of the physical practice into life situations. Helpful, strong, clear practice. Nice to do some moves that are different than the usual ones.

isafalardeau, posted on April 5, 2014

Liked core pratice based on yoga poses and flow instead of fitness class type core work.

That was fire and calm together. Love the low lunge to high lunge, and the way you went into bow, yes!!

Another wonderful practice. Once again added to my favorites. I combined this one with the front splits one. Wish they were 10-15 longer. Thank you.

was really excited to do this yoga session with kerry! but my download is really poor and i don't know why??? i guess it is good sometimes so i can hold the position longer….. I hope i will be able to finish all the session…. so far, the download seems frozen half way… :(

Today was supposed to be my "rest day," but of course I had to complete my MYO challenge ;) I loved this practice - very core engaging but not one single crunch, beautiful! I'm also loving Kerri's instruction, very thoughtful in the way she brings us into poses.

tracyhmcd, posted on April 4, 2014

That was amazing. My core is my weakness and I will favorite this practice for good!

I really really love Kerri’s classes! This class left me feeling strong, grounded and peaceful. I loved the message that Kerri brought about finding inner strength to take to our outer world and how to find a calm, cooling energy in the midst of heat or fiery energy. So happy to have access to her classes - they always seem to offer exactly what I need at the moment!

In my current line of work, my true self is often tested. Thanks again for your wonderful, encouraging words - their wisdom will shine through as I go to work this evening. Namaste! :)

This was a fun and challenging practice. I really felt the effects of the practice as I transitioned to Shavasana. Thank you Kerri for another great practice.

I was stiff and tired after my activities yesterday and this seemed to warm me up and loosen those stiff areas. I liked the core work that came from moving from one pose to another - that seems very functional and authentic to me. Thank you!

lbaxandall, posted on April 4, 2014

Just the right amount of challenging! Feeling strong and confident after this one, thank you!

EeeGee, posted on April 4, 2014

Wonderful core work - something that I never used to enjoy (dreaded, in fact!) before I started doing yoga. Now I enjoy tapping into the power of my core - love how yoga has naturally strengthened this area! Thanks for this class!

I am dealing with the shock of a dear friend's betrayal. It suffices to say that I have a "monkey mind" and automated nervous system that is in overload. This core practice helped me find my courage and confidence to address this situation with poise and good character. I feel like I can speak lovingly and confidently to the situation. Thank you, Kerri!

WendyMarie, posted on April 4, 2014

Kerri: Your classes are soooo helping me to find my center to loosen my body. I am not sure what specifically about your practices are doing this, but it's working ;)

atrekles, posted on April 4, 2014

I like that Kerri is a bit "chatty" - I much prefer an instructor who has intelligent things to say while she/he is teaching, including both spiritual discussion and instruction on how to move your body. I really need both sides to get into the practice

jolieamo, posted on April 4, 2014

Great core movements today! I felt the heat! Thanks Kerri!
